The location proved acceptable It placed me near Times Square so transport was easy.
The room lacked charm and space It felt quite cramped. The shower barely produced warm water the man at reception flippantly suggested relocating to the basement for a hotter experience. This wasn't exactly the pinnacle of customer service.

the lobby had a historic feel. i liked its modern rooms. we stored bags before check-in and after checkout, this was helpful. location was great, i walked to many spots, near subways and bus stops.
the circulation in the room was questionable. i worry about summer months. i found it difficult to control room temperature. it did get a bit stuffy, i did not want to open the window.

I LOVED the location. It was close to Times Square. the staff were super friendly and gave GREAT recommendations. the room was clean AND bigger than I expected, this was A great surprise!
the air conditioning unit in my room was REALLY noisy. it made it hard to sleep soundly at night.

The front desk is staffed 24/7 with friendly and helpful people who assisted me with directions and information. I REALLY liked that the smaller scale of the hotel made it easy to get in and out, VERY practical.

The location was certainly convenient. Times square was just a short walk away. i found the staff to be friendly, they offered helpful directions. the room was clean upon arrival. the price was reasonable considering the location.
Sometimes, it took a while for one to arrive. street noise was quite noticeable, even with the windows closed. the air conditioning unit was loud, i couldn't always use it at night.

The location could not be better (it's perfect for theater lovers!). I found the staff very nice and accommodating. The room was recently updated with laminate flooring and was a reasonable size for the location, I had a room with two double beds. The room also had a safe, which I always appreciate.
The public areas need an update. I noticed the staircases and floors could use some attention.

The hotel lacks on-site food options, yet there is a great place for food, coffee and sundry steps away. This was very practical. There are many options for cheap, healthy takeout meals nearby, I recommend exploring them.
